Base Model Support for Schools Engaging in CSR

Technical Assistance (10 days)

>   Multi-source data analysis and assistance in framing needs/action statements

>   Assistance monitoring of progress, financial management, preparation for district & state audits of progress

>   Development of school leadership capacity

>   Development, use, and analysis of school-based qualitative data collection tools


Classroom Coaching (20 days)

>   Meetings with grade-level, departmental, and other teams to plan and assess instruction

>   Collaboration with teachers within and across grade levels and departments to align instruction to state curricula and
     assessments
>   Support in cross-grade level and subject area articulation
>   Lesson Study collaborative professional development

>   Individual classroom observations and consultations


Professional Development (16 hours)

>   Topics determined by school leadership team in response to data analysis and needs assessment

>   Sessions of two hours or more tailored to school needs.

Base Model
Above:  $48,700

Additional Services: 
     Classroom Coaching:  $800 per day
    Technical Assistance:  $1200 per day
    Professional Development:  $150 per hour
